Annotation
The article considers an up-to-date approach to the construction of a conceptual model that allows on its basis to analyze possible options for creating technical systems,
primarily necessary for the effective development of the economic system. As a result of the analysis of scientifically based methods existing in this field, it is concluded that today the issue of developing a methodological apparatus that allows objectively considering and accepting technical systems for creation and subsequent production is relevant. Moreover, the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of future systems in the proposed approach are taken based on the objective capabilities of economic entities. In addition, the article considers an important issue of resource (primarily financial) feasibility of creating samples of complex technical systems. A special aspect of the presented conceptual model is its universality in relation to any sphere that includes functionally integrated complex technical systems.
