Annotation

The article presents the main results of a study of the factors of satisfaction of participants in educational relations with pre-professional education. The problem of measuring and managing the quality of education is relevant for managers, school teachers, and parents of students, and their satisfaction is considered as a necessary component of the quality system. The consistent application of methods of source analysis, interviewing (structured interview), questionnaires, and focus groups allowed to identify and classify the factors of satisfaction. Based on the verified factors, a system of monitoring indicators is proposed to determine the level of satisfaction with pre-professional education. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of applying a system of satisfaction indicators within the framework of a qualimetric model for assessing the quality of education, both at the school level and at the level of the urban education system.
