Annotation
The penetration of digital technologies into various fields of activity has led to the emergence of new business models. In fact, the modern economy is a platform economy. One of the priority areas of government activity is the development of digital platforms for the formation of a competitive economy within individual industries, ci ties, regions, federal districts
based on the development and implementation of effective programs and national projects. The purpose of the study is to formalize the features of a digital platform and platform relations, to determine the types of platform relations and the directions of their regulation.
In the process of work, the authors used a set of methods, including induction, deduction, comparison, analysis, synthesis and classification. The information base was provided by government documents, as well as works by domestic and foreign authors on issues of platform relations.
As the results of the research, the proposal of the author’s approach to the categories «platform relations» and «digital platform» is highlighted, as well as the systematization and classification of existing platform relations in Russia is carried out, three types of platform relations are identified, and the types of platform relations within each type are considered. It should be noted that the proposed classification is aimed at streamlining public relations using digital platforms.
