Annotation
The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between the effectiveness of the implementation of the concept of achieving technological sovereignty and solving
the problems of training qualified personnel in a range of demanded professions, directions and specialties and the effectiveness of employment of young professionals
who have received professional education. It is becoming urgent to solve the problem of effective employment of the population, including young professionals, in the context of the implementation of the concept of technological development and technological sovereignty of the country and its regions. Based on the content of the Concept of Technological Development of Russia for the period up to 2030, we have justified the need for professional personnel related to its implementation and recommended additionally including a group of areas and specialties in the field of mathematical and natural sciences. Promoting the employment of young professionals is a socially significant process, as it is designed to ensure effective employment of the population, which contributes to reducing the unemployment rate in society, and consequently, increasing the level and quality of life of the population. In addition, the promotion of employment of young specialists in the profile and level of vocational education contributes to the growth of the economic efficiency of funds invested from the budgets of various financial systems in the vocational education of citizens and the development of national and regional economies.
