Annotation

This article analyzes the features of the financial mechanism of management in the conditions of the formation of a new world order in the world and the need to strengthen national financial sovereignty and national financial security. The concept, distinctive features and detailed characteristics of the financial mechanism of management are presented. The characteristic of the specifics of the financial mechanism of management (FMX) in the modern information economy in comparison with the industrial one is given. The technological and informational mechanisms of the information economy are studied. Financial forms, methods and tools of the organization of economic activity in modern conditions of management are considered. The characteristics of the cost and value mechanisms of management are presented. Innovative features of financial services in the information society are characterized. The result of the presented article is a detailed description of the financial mechanism of the information society as a fundamentally different mechanism of management compared to the industrial economy.
