Annotation

This study is devoted to the development of models of crisis management of small and medium-sized organizations in the context of modern challenges. The topic of the development of models of anti-crisis management of SME organizations in the context of modern challenges is relevant and important in the modern business world. At present, when the world community is facing global challenges, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, negative economic phenomena, changes in world politics and technological changes, SME organizations are becoming particularly vulnerable and need effective models of crisis management. The development of crisis management models is a key factor for ensuring the sustainability and development of SME organizations during the crisis. The article analyzes the main problems faced by SMEs during the crisis, and also presents models of crisis management that can ensure the sustainability and development of SME organizations in a difficult period of crisis.
