Annotation

The article reveals the main changes that have occurred in the distribution and use of agricultural land by various owners, provides and justifies indicators and elements of concentration of agricultural land, defines and shows the goal of putting unused land into operation. In agricultural production, there are land owners, from which landowners are called. They are engaged in the development of new land, while they are investors in agriculture. These representatives are located in various regions of our country, they conduct their business using used and unused land plots.
