Annotation

The purpose of this article is to study strategic planning, which is not applied in educational organizations which are subordinated to the Department of Education and Science of Moscow. The lack of appropriate strategic planning leads to the problems of effective function. The results of this article may be useful for heads of educational organizations, where internal processes are examined against strategies. In addition, the results show the advantages of using The Balanced Scorecard in strategic planning as a tool for solving problems of the education process. Also, the article shows the possibility of applying this system to increase the effective activity of the educational organization.
