Annotation

On the basis of earlier scientific research the authors found that one of the effective ways to solve the problem of high-tech industry development is the formation of innovative international industrial clusters. This study is devoted to the formation of an innovative international industrial cluster in the bionanoindustry — bionanotechnology cluster (BNT cluster). The article proposes a structural model and stages of BNT cluster creation in the Eurasian Economic Union, which takes into account features and problems of this industry, contains a foresight center to ensure technology convergence, foresight studies and foresight projects in the field of bio- and nanotechnology. The paper substantiates the creation of a foresight center, formulates recommendations for its formation and assessment of the effect of activities within the BNT cluster.
