Annotation

Booming digital technologies have seriously affected the digitalization of banking services. The coronavirus pandemic has further stimulated digitalization processes in this sector. The article is devoted to analysis of trends of banking industry in digital reality. The specifics of the changes that have occurred in this area over the past few years have been revealed, it has been noted that there is a departure from traditional banks towards large financial and technological giants. Analysis of preferences of bank clients in modern conditions was carried out and conclusions were drawn on the results of the analysis.
