Annotation
The article considers the main results of the formation and functioning of the territories of advanced growth in the Far East. It is proposed to use the concept of growth points for research, in which the TOR gradually creates network effects of interaction of partners by analogy with the cluster. The stages of creation of various zones and territories of development
in Russia are described. The problems of functioning associated with the dominance of state regulation over entrepreneurial activity are revealed. The problems and trends of the postcortical development of the TOR are revealed. Conclusions are drawn about the factors of growth of investment activity of resident companies
