Annotation
The article deals with the problem of modernization of the museum space considering consumers with disabilities. Management of an inclusive environment includes the organization of work to create the architectural accessibility of the building, the adaptation of museum products to the needs of people with limited mobility, and training of employees
of a cultural institution to serve visitors with special needs. The practice of Moscow museums on inclusive activities and the creation of an accessible museum environment is considered, conclusions are drawn based on the analysis of information posted on the websites of museum organizations.
