Annotation

ScubriyThe article presents the results of the refinement of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the innovative potential management of high-tech knowledge-intensive enterprises. The study used general scientific methods of cognition — a retrospective analysis, generalization, a logical method. Their use made it possible to determine the architectonics of managing the innovative potential of such enterprises. The principles and functions of innovative potential management were clarified. The methods and tools for the practical implementation of management functions were considered in detail. According to the authors, the necessary management should provide an appropriate organizational and economical mechanism, the possibilities of which will ensure the success of innovation activities in a competitive environment.
