THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES ON FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Annotation

The article explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on the global economy, emphasizing the economic security of the state. An analysis of current trends reveals that AI integration contributes to the optimization of supply chains, logistics automation, and improved forecasting accuracy. However, new challenges arise alongside these benefits: reduced transparency in financial operations, transformation of financial markets, and increasing cyber threats. The study finds that AI implementation in the financial sector complicates the analysis of non-bank organizations, increases operational risks, and creates prerequisites for market imbalances, particularly during crises. Furthermore, declining transparency in financial flows may exacerbate unfair competition. The research results confirm the necessity of a comprehensive approach to AI regulation in the economy, including the development of strategies to mitigate risks to financial stability and market competition. The study concludes that AI has significant potential to support sustainable economic growth, provided that associated threats are effectively managed.
