The article examines the theoretical and applied prerequisites for the formation of a systemic approach to knowledge management in healthcare organizations. The economic basis of the proposed model lies in understanding management processes at each level, allocating resources, and identifying risks in the process of knowledge transformation. Objective: to develop a conceptual model of knowledge management in medical organizations that includes an adapted cycle of creation, evaluation, transfer, and long-term application of clinical competencies, and to substantiate the conditions for its practical implementation, taking into account the Russian healthcare infrastructure. The study uses methods of analysis of domestic and international scientific sources and conducts a structural and functional analysis of knowledge management processes, applying modeling to construct a knowledge management model for healthcare institutions.
