Annotation

In the work, the authors analyzed and systematized the experience of using various marketing tools in metal trade in the context of ongoing changes and transformations in the metal products market. For the analysis, companies were selected representing such industry segments as metal trade, production of metal products and metal structures, as well as service companies. The research question for the authors was the problem of choosing, content and features of the marketing tools used depending on the specifics of the company’s business, as well as ongoing transformations in the metal products market. Each marketing tool is given a detailed description, the motives for its use and the positive effect of its application in a specific business are disclosed, and a summary of the study is formulated in conclusion.
