Annotation
The article considers the development of the digital financial assets (DFA) market in the Russian Federation in the period 2023–2025. The analysis of the dynamics of issue volumes, supply and demand, and investor activity is carried out. Data on the largest placements, features of the income structure and engagement of platform users are considered. Changes in the parameters of issues, including the form of payments and the target audience are reflected. Trends in increasing market maturity are identified, including an increase in the feasibility of offers and sustainable interest from institutional issuers. Statistics on information system operators are provided and their comparative analysis is carried out. Conclusions are made about the transition of the market from the expansion phase to the consolidation stage. The results obtained may be of interest to researchers, analysts and participants in the digital finance market.
