Annotation
In the context of digital transformation in education, particularly when implementing educational programs using distance learning technologies, a personalized approach
to students and individualization of the learning process with step-by-step guidance require a comprehensive evaluation of tutors’ and personal curators’ performance at all levels of the education system. This article considers the possibility of introducing natural language processing (NLP) technologies into the Balanced Scorecard to improve the quality and efficiency of the supervision of students by curators and tutors. Based on the empirical data and detailed analysis of information obtained from the study, a model for evaluating the effectiveness of the university’s personal curators is proposed as one of the criteria for the perspective of «internal processes» of the Balanced Scorecard using NLP-tools that directly affect the perspectives of «client» and «learning and development». The influence of these criteria and indicators on institutional KPIs and the possibility of implementing NLP-tools are considered, which allows to build a strategy of trusting relations with the student, thus increasing the value of the student who is a client of educational services.
