Annotation
The article is devoted to the problems of forming the organizational culture of volleyball leagues, its influence on sports results, spectator involvement and financial
stability of clubs. The authors analyze existing approaches to the formation of organizational culture (sociocultural, corporate and technological), identifying their impact on the competitiveness of leagues. Using an expert survey using the Delphi method, in which professional players, coaches, sports managers and officials took part, the key factors that shape organizational culture in the context of four types were identified: clan (cohesion and identity), adhocracy (innovation and flexibility), market culture (effectiveness and efficiency) and hierarchy (regulations and control). The authors propose an integrated approach to managing organizational culture, combining structure and adaptability to improve the effectiveness of volleyball league management.
