Annotation
Achieving and maintaining the competitiveness of a company is an indispensable condition for its success in the market in the long term. The human resources that an organization acquires, accumulates, and develops can have a direct impact on its competitiveness. However, in order to use the full potential of the company’s staff, it needs not only to invest in its development, but also to be confident in the return of investments in human capital. Taking into account the high theoretical and practical significance of this issue, the author of the article sets out to develop a comprehensive model for assessing the impact of the human factor on the competitiveness of a company. The use of this model in the HR practice of organizations will provide a comprehensive analysis of the contribution of human capital to achieving business goals, provide a deeper understanding of the role of personnel in ensuring competitive advantages and will form the basis for strategic personnel management.
