Annotation

The article is devoted to the study of digital services in the consumer market. The active introduction of innovative digital technologies and digital services in consumer markets underline the current importance and relevance of research in this area. The purpose of this study is to identify problems and develop measures aimed at the development of digital services in the consumer market in the context of current legal norms. To achieve this goal, the author solved a number of tasks, among which the author’s substantiation of the relevance of the interdisciplinary approach is presented, a review of current legal norms is conducted and trends in the development of digital services in the consumer market are identified; measures aimed at the development of digital services in the consumer market are proposed. In the process of work, the author used a dialectical method aimed at identifying the relationship between economic and state-legal phenomena related to the development of the digital economy and digital technologies
