Annotation

The transport complex of the city of Moscow is one of the largest in Europe and represents a multi-level system of interconnected elements aimed at managing passenger traffic in the city. The trend in increasing the efficiency of transport complex organizations is the introduction of digital management systems and increasing the overall level of digitalization of business processes. The enterprises of the Moscow transport complex have taken steps aimed at solving the problem of congestion of the transport system, including through the introduction of modern digital tools, but for further development in this area it is necessary to assess the level of current digitalization of processes. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze and assess the current state of the level of digitalization of processes in the Moscow transport complex. The article discusses the key aspects of the introduction of digital technologies in business process management and optimization of passenger transportation. The main focus is on the effectiveness of digitalization in the context of improving passenger mobility and comfort, as well as increasing safety and control of traffic flows. The study highlights the relevance of the development of digital innovations in the transformation of urban transport in the context of a high level of service to citizens and guests of the capital.
