Annotation

The article presents the analysis of the modern pipe rolling market, its features and structure, market problems, prospects for the current and mid-term periods. The object of the study is the production and economic activity of the holding company “Korolevsky Pipe Plant” LLC, which operates in the market of rolled pipes in the segment of electric-welded, water-gas pipe, profile pipes for construction purposes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pipe market of the Russian Federation and its prospects for the analyzed company, as well as the formation of directions for improving its activities in an unstable environment. In the work the peculiarities of the pipe rolling market are investigated, its problems and threats are revealed by means of an expert survey, its short- and medium-term prospects are determined, and the directions of improvement of the analyzed company’s activity in the conditions of unstable conditions are formulated.
