Annotation

The article is performed for the purpose of analysis of ICT presented in the management of educational organisations subordinated to the Department of Education and Science of the city of Moscow, precisely in the management of financial resources of schools. The paper considers the information systems which are used by Moscow schools for the effective financial management, also there were observed the possibility of their implementation in the other regions of the Russian Federation based on the successful practices of the Department. The analysis has identified possible obstacles to the introduction of ICT in the schools’ management of other regions. Some suggestions are given to improve the management of the educational organisation in the information society. At the end of the article the appropriate recommendations for the introduction of ICT are proposed.
