Annotation

The transition to the digital economy is an inevitable stage of innovative development at the modern stage. High-tech enterprises become the guarantor of the successful implementation of such a transition. The article analyzed data on the financial support of state programs of the city of Moscow in the field of digitalization. The fact of the relationship between high-tech entrepreneurship and digitalization was noted. During the studied period, three programs in the field of digitalization were implemented in the metropolis — “Information City,” “Smart City,” “Development of the Digital Environment and Innovation”. An analysis of the dynamics and structure of spending on the development of digital infrastructure and innovative technologies in the city’s spending budget was carried out. Conclusions were drawn based on the results of the study.
