FINANCING OF MOSCOW SCHOOLS: RESULTS OF THE REFORM

Annotation

The study is devoted to the analysis of the reform of the system of Moscow education of schoolchildren, which made it possible to improve the quality of education of students without the cost of significant additional financial resources. It was noted that the key aspects of this reform were the introduction of a single standard for financing a student, the centralization of the financial management system, the active introduction of automation and the dependence of the amount of wages of the school top management on the quality of education and salaries of teachers. It has been shown that the quality of education of Moscow schoolchildren has increased significantly, while the amount of education costs, considering inflation, has not increased. It is recommended to extend the experience of Moscow to other regions of the country.
