Annotation
The aim of the research is to consider management approaches in Moscow transport organizations and creating recommendations for the implementation of a process
approach to management. The development level of transport organizations is the most important indicator of the socio-economic situation in the region. Therefore, the issue of introducing the most advanced management technologies is relevant, as part of improving the efficiency of transport organizations. Nowadays, the organizations of the Moscow transport complex are implementing mostly functional approach to management, which has a negative impact on financial performance, flexibility, speed of making and implementing management decisions. At that point, in the context of improving the management system the introduction of a process approach in combination with modern digital technology tools is proposed, which will improve the profitability of transport organizations and increase the speed of implementing management decisions.
