The authors have identified regions with the greatest risks from the imposition of sanctions: for example, single-industry manufacturing and extractive regions are subject to a significant negative impact of sanctions on a sectoral basis, on a territorial basis: singleindustry towns (due to the problems of city-forming enterprises). In conclusion, the author’s recommendations are presented.
