Annotation

The article is devoted to the formation and development of meta-subject competencies in the system of general education, which today are of paramount demand in the labor market. The conducted research in the field of comparison of the Russian experience and the experience of other countries (China, Singapore, USA, Finland) suggests that the shift in the goals of general education towards the formation and development of meta-subject competencies occurs everywhere and digital services play a very significant role in this process. The role of modern information and communication technologies in the field of general education is determined. The results of several empirical studies of the project management laboratory in Moscow City University concerning the work practices of Moscow teachers, the interaction of schools and parents are presented. Conclusions are drawn about the conditions and possibilities of digital services in terms of the formation and development of meta-subject competencies in the field of general education.
