Annotation

This article is devoted to the problems of the development of investment relations between Russia and countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries during 1945–2022. The main stages of their evolution are considered. The role of the Council of Mutual Economic Assistance (COMECON) in solving the national economic problems of Russia and the CEE countries is described in detail. The features of investment relations between them during the transformation period are revealed. Prospects of the cooperation this countries in the context of increased anti-Russian sanctions.
