Annotation
This article provides a comparative analysis of the distribution of investment shares and revenue of the information and communication technology sector (ICT) in the capital and regions of Belarus in 2016 and 2022. An adequate and statistically significant regression power model was built to determine the forecast value of the number
of employees of organizations in this sector in 2024. An analysis of the dynamics was carried out and the average annual growth rates for the six-year period of key indicators of the use of information and communication technologies by the population of Belarus were obtained. A set of key indicators for exploratory analysis has been identified. Using the Euclidean metric, the values of ratings were obtained and the actual multi-criteria rating of the regions of Belarus was built on the level of the state and development of the main socio-economic indicators of organizations in the ICT sector.
