TRANSFORMING OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF ORGANIZATIONS USING BLOCKCHAIN

The development of technologies contributes to the optimization of the activities of organizations, expressed in changing the established processes. However, modernization of activities without studying innovations and their features can harm and worsen previously created processes. Quickly responding to the changing reality, companies create new products or use new technologies without developing a strategy or analyzing the effectiveness of integration. This approach can lead to disruption of processes in the future and a decrease in efficiency. In this study, the business processes of organizations were studied and the features of the implementation of blockchain in the processes of economic entities were identified. When modeling business processes, the principles of process management were considered. As a result of the study, based on the notations of business process modeling, the work presents optimized business processes from logistics using the example of order transportation and from finance using the example of working with securities. Further study of the influence of blockchain on the activities of organizations will create an information base for creating a methodology for optimizing business processes based on this technology.
