Annotation
Management innovations are one of the most important factors that lead to an increase in the innovative potential of an organization and contribute to the formation
of competitive advantages in the market. The purpose of the article is to identify the role of management innovations in the formation of the innovative potential of the organization. Objectives: to analyze the role of factors influencing the formation of management innovations, and to determine how management innovations affect the innovation product, innovation process and marketing innovations. The work is based on a sociological study, during which an online survey of 428 enterprises was conducted. Structural relationships between factors were determined by modeling based on structural equations. The following results were obtained in the study. First, management innovation has a positive impact on product, process and marketing innovation. Secondly, the size of the organization affects the role of management innovation in shaping the innovative potential of the organization. Thirdly, for the formation of managerial innovations, the most important is such a prerequisite as a focus on quality. In order to form an innovative strategy of the organization, it is necessary to create conditions for the formation of managerial innovations through
the introduction of quality management systems. The formed management innovations positively and significantly affect the stimulation and development of product, process and marketing innovations.
