Annotation
In the article, the authors analyzed the current state of investment activity in metallurgy, identified problems in the implementation of investment projects, and prospects
for the development of this activity in the industry. For the analysis, MetPromStroy, a leading EPC contractor (full cycle of project implementation) in Russia, was selected.
The authors studied the features and problems of this activity, taking into account the methodology for implementing investment projects, the transition to new equipment
suppliers, and restrictions. Each problem is given a detailed description, the reasons for its occurrence and solutions are disclosed, and a summary of the study is formulated
in the conclusion.
