Annotation
This article is devoted to the study of problems related to the emergence and development of artificial intelligence, the prospects of its use in the economy, as well as in the system of state, municipal and corporate governance. At the same time, an attempt has been made to assess the potential threats that it may pose to modern society. The essence of artificial intelligence is investigated, and the main functions are identified, the implementation of which can benefit people, contribute to the development of the economy and increase the effectiveness of management processes. The results of the research can be used by experts in the field of macro and microeconomics, subjects of state and municipal administration for wider application of information intelligent systems in their work.
