Annotation

The article examines modern technologies for evaluating the effectiveness of digitalization. The process of digitalization is analyzed. The advantages of digital transformation such as optimization of business processes, increasing the profitability of the company and client-centricity are considered in detail. The features of the digitalization implementation project are defined. The tasks and problems relevant to the process of digitalization implementation are described. These problems and challenges take place in any subject area. The analysis of the current state of technologies and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of digitalization is carried out. Possible options for the implementation of the decision-making mechanism in assessing the effectiveness of digitalization are identified. The features, principles of application and basic elements of intelligent information assessment systems are described. An example of the structure of an intelligent system that solves the problem of evaluating implemented digitalization measures is given. The elements of an information system for evaluating the effectiveness of digitalization may include: stakeholders, hardware, experts, a decision-making complex, a knowledge base, and a user interface. Possible directions for further research have been identified.
