Annotation

The article is devoted to the study of the concept, structure and specifics of key areas of communication between executive authorities and the population of Moscow (using the example of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of Moscow). The work presents a scheme and model of communication between executive authorities of Moscow and the population, analyzes the components of the communication model, compiles a typology of communication channels of the Department of transportation and roadway infrastructure development of Moscow and provides examples of personalized communication.
