Annotation
The article is devoted to the study of the problems of effective communication in high-tech IT companies, in which the efficiency and accuracy of data transfer play a key
role. The reasons why automation of communication processes in an IT company is becoming more relevant are analyzed, for example, working in a hybrid format, ensuring security and confidentiality, as well as the need to optimize processes. The study examines the role of bots in Telegram as an innovative tool for automating communications in a corporate environment.
