Annotation

The article discusses the issues of formation and use of partnership technologies between subjects of different levels of education in organizing pre-vocational education in Moscow. The authors proposed the most popular and modern form of interaction between various subjects of the regional education system — a pre-university school, which is being implemented as a pilot project in Moscow. The conditions and sources of project financing are shown, and the main stages of the project are highlighted. In conclusion, significant synergistic effects of a managerial and financial nature of all actors in project interaction are formulated.
