Annotation
The article is devoted to the specifics of the export of education as the most important source of development of the foreign policy of the Russian Federation. The importance of exporting educational services is noted, since it is Russian higher educational institutions in the context of globalization that are the conductors of national culture, which includes the values, knowledge, ideology, and beliefs of the Russian world. Problems that impede the export of education to the international market have been identified.
