Annotation

This article presents a study on the motivation of Generation Z regarding employment in the field of public and municipal administration, which highlights the problem of the shortage of young specialists in government and municipal service positions. Using a survey of first-year students in the field of “Public and municipal administration”, the most relevant incentives that motivate young people to enter the civil service were obtained. Additionally, the possibilities of applying the obtained results for organizing internships for young specialists in government bodies were explored.
