Annotation
The aim of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of a transport company operating in the container transportation market in an unstable economy and to develop
a management system based on the business process approach. The article presents the results of the study of the company’s activities in the container transportation market, including SWOT-analysis, analysis of competitors, analysis of the current management system, identified the causes of low efficiency, analyzed the preconditions for the transition of management system to business process management, developed business processes, developed the organizational structure of the company’s management, based on the process approach, evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The conclusion about the significant advantages of the business process approach compared to the adopted functional approach in terms of the effectiveness of the company was made.
